It’s designed in particular for employees in hotel sector in Hong Kong, whose mother tongue is not Mandarin. Each lesson is carefully designed with a combination of useful and colloquial expressions, practical sentences, interesting pictures, interactive games, and exercises. It contains a large quantity of materials that meet the needs of students at all levels.
Each level consists of 15 chapters, 5 parts for each chapter. For each chapter and each lesson, there is an additional role playing session, which intended to give students more practical training for interactive learning.
